WBA UK Holdings 1 Limited (trading as ABL Finance) operates as an independent financial advisory and facilitation firm. We are not a deposit-taking bank, an FCA-authorised broker-dealer, or a licensed investment manager. We do not hold client money, accept deposits, or issue financial instruments in our own name.
How we operate
In our advisory engagements, we provide consultative services and arrange transactions with regulated banks, financial institutions and other third parties. The underlying financial instruments (SBLCs, Bank Guarantees, Letters of Credit, lending facilities) are always issued by, and remain the obligation of, the regulated banks involved.
Where a service or activity falls within the scope of UK financial-services regulation and requires FCA authorisation, we either operate as an introducer to authorised firms, or refer the client directly to an authorised counterparty.
